I started my 19th year with an incredible and challenging journey—one that pushed me beyond my limits and introduced me to the world of innovation. 🚀 It all began in a workshop where ideas transformed into inventions. My teammate and I dove into brainstorming sessions, searching for problems worth solving. It wasn’t just about having an idea; it was about discovering something meaningful—something that could make a real impact. That moment, filled with excitement and curiosity, was the spark that set everything in motion.
Once the ideas started flowing, the real challenge began! 💡 We worked on refining our concepts, testing their feasibility, and figuring out how to turn them into something real. This was my first time working with structured innovation techniques, and every step was a mix of excitement and struggle. I learned how to break down problems, analyze solutions, and think critically—skills that went far beyond just coming up with ideas.
Innovation isn’t just about creating—it’s about communication. 🗣️ I had to learn how to present ideas, listen to feedback, and work as a team to shape something truly valuable. It was uncomfortable at times, stepping out of my comfort zone, but it taught me so much about leadership and adaptability. The ability to explain complex ideas and refine them through discussion became one of the most valuable lessons of this journey.
And then came the moment I had been working toward—becoming an INV member! 🎉 Holding that certificate felt unreal. It wasn’t just a piece of paper; it was proof of everything I had learned, the struggles, the excitement, and the journey that got me there. But more than anything, it was a reminder that this is just the beginning.
